How does the exhibitor scan work?
Scan the QR Codes on the booths to collect contact details, activities, website links, and more.
At the end of the event, you will receive your personalized visit report while also sharing your own contact details with the exhibitors. No more business cards, only the exhibitors you are truly interested in, and a real time-saver for your post-show follow-up!

How does it work ?
Download LUXEPACK KeepTrack from the AppStore or PlayStore :
One way to log in :
Log in to your account with the email address used to create your badge, then enter the confirmation code received at your email address.
Don’t want to download the application ? KeepTrack is also available online !
- Scan a first QR code on a stand with your camera
- Log in to your account at the email address you used to create your badge, then enter the confirmation code you received at your email address.
Once logged in, start using the KeepTrack application :
- Scan the QR Code of the stands you are interested in,
- Evaluate and add comments to the scanned exhibitor stand using the “Qualify” button.
- Find all your scanned exhibitors in the “Visit itinerary” section.
- Access the floor plan, full program, and exhibitor list.
Download your visit report :
- At the end of the show, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your visit report.
- In this space, you’ll find all your scanned exhibitors with their contact details, website, the rating you gave them, your comments and more.
- You can also download your visit report in Excel format to organize your follow-up or share it with colleagues.
