In true LUXE PACK fashion, although now more than ever, LUXE PACK MONACO intends to offer luxury brands the business support needed to surpass the current sanitary context. Therefore, LUXE PACK MONACO will be held on September 27, 28 and 29 at the Grimaldi Forum. The key dates were strategically selected to help kick start business.

Also, LUXE PACK MONACO is committed to rigorously applying the French and Monaco authority recommendations in addition to working closely with the Grimaldi Forum to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders.

Concrete measures have already been integrated to provide you with a 360⁰ secure visiting experience. They can be completed if necessary in accordance with government regulation.

 

The sanitary pass is mandatory

Available in paper and digital format, the sanitary pass is mandatory to participate to LUXE PACK Monaco.

For your information, the sanitary pass proposes 3 types of non-cumulative evidence:

  • > the vaccination certificate (provided that individuals have a complete immunization schedule = 7 days after the 2nd injection (Pfizer / Moderna / AstraZeneca) OR 28 days after an injection (Janssen)).
    > proof of a negative RT-PCR or antigenic test less than 72 hours.
    > Positive test certificate at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

Testing cell available on site from 9am to 5pm
– For french visitors and based on presentation of the “Carte Vitale”, the PCR test is free. It will cost 76.06€ for foreigners.
– The antigenic test will be done by a nurse and will cost 35€ (foreigners and french people included). 

It can be used in digital format via the TousAntiCovid Carnet application or in paper format

Emergency

Security agents and all the staff are trained to the COVID19 protocol

Dedicated COVID space : Room available on the level 0 to isolate suspect cases, to wait for the Monaco fire department

 

Cleaning, disinfection, AC

Common areas & toilets : additional staff to disinfect contact points

Conference & meeting rooms : disinfection of audiovisual material after each session, seats desinfected twice a day, provision of gel and disinfectant

Booths : mandatory cleaning and disinfection the eve of the opening and each evening

A/C : air-conditioned spaces with fresh air taken from the outside and filtered

Flows & signage

Establishment of one-way traffic in common areas and aisle when needed

Separation of visitor and exhibitor entrances

Social distancing lines : materialization of queues

Display of maximum capacity : at the entry of the restaurants, toilets, rooms

Reminder of behaviour at barrier : display on gel dispensers, dynamic screens and toilets

 

« Monaco Safe » Label

The Grimaldi Forum has been awarded the Monaco Government’s label, “Monaco Safe”, aiming to guarantee all visitors of the Principality, optimal sanitary conditions in all public spaces and help fight the spread of the covid-19 virus.
