ANAÏK : Impact Orders

ANAÏK : Impact Orders
Eco-design as a driver of collective engagement

With Impact Orders, Anaïk has introduced an internal programme that rewards, each month, the team behind the order considered the most exemplary in terms of eco-design.
All orders are assessed using a shared methodology based on the ANAIK NOW eco-design framework and EcoDesignCloud environmental scores. The winning team then selects a charity to which Anaïk makes a donation, while the awarded project is shared with all employees.

Shared criteria for assessing projects

Impact Orders is based on the internal ANAIK NOW framework, which guides teams across several eco-design levers: the use of recycled, certified or natural materials, as well as the optimisation of product weight, volume and lifespan.
These criteria are complemented by EcoDesignCloud environmental scores to provide an objective basis for assessing each order.
Every month, projects are reviewed according to this methodology to identify the most exemplary Impact Order.

A monthly initiative shared across teams

Launched in 2025, the programme takes the form of a monthly initiative shared with all Anaïk employees.
Award-winning projects are also showcased on an ongoing basis across the group’s offices in Lille, Paris, Hong Kong, New York and Dubai.
The aim is to highlight the eco-design projects developed across the company’s different locations and share the key learnings that can be drawn from them.

Collective recognition

Impact Orders rewards a team rather than an individual performance.
The programme therefore highlights collaboration between the various functions involved in a project, including sales, purchasing, design, quality, logistics, CSR and communications.
Award-winning projects are developed with clients and can span a range of sectors, including luxury, cosmetics and retail.

100% of orders assessed

Anaïk states that 100% of its orders are now assessed using the methodology combining ANAIK NOW and EcoDesignCloud.
Each month, one team is recognised, and all employees are introduced to the selected project and the lessons learned from it.
In 2025, several projects were highlighted, including a Guerlain pouch made entirely from GRS-certified recycled materials, a L’Occitane pouch made from 100% GRS-certified rPET, and a Fresh tote bag combining GRS-certified recycled cotton and rPET.

A donation linked to each award-winning project

Each winning team also chooses a charity to receive a €100 donation funded by Anaïk through the Charitips platform.
The team is free to select the cause, which may relate to areas such as the environment, health, education or inclusion.

A programme integrated into existing processes

Impact Orders relies on tools already integrated into Anaïk’s processes, including ANAIK NOW and EcoDesignCloud.
The programme does not require any specific technological investment and is built around a shared methodology that can be applied across the company’s different offices.
Each newly awarded project therefore adds to Anaïk’s internal references and contributes to the ongoing sharing of eco-design practices across teams.
A programme combining environmental assessment, collective recognition and the regular sharing of eco-design practices throughout the company.
