Sneak Preview of Packaging Innovations to Discover at LUXE PACK Monaco 2026

Sneak Preview of Packaging Innovations to Discover at LUXE PACK Monaco 2026
Just days ahead of LUXE PACK Monaco 2026, several exhibitors are unveiling innovations that rethink materials, closure systems and packaging lightweighting. Diam Bouchage, Injectose, GISM Italia and Créalis will showcase solutions combining performance, design and new alternatives to conventional materials.

Injectose reinvents the fragrance cap with cellulose

New exhibitor Injectose will present ReCap, a fragrance cap prototype made from 95% cellulose fibers using injection-molding technology. Several versions are currently being developed, using virgin pulp, upcycled urban fallen leaves or green algae fibers.
Rigid, customizable and recyclable in existing paper streams, ReCap aims to offer a new alternative to traditional fragrance caps. The solution is competing for a LUXE PACK in Green Award.

GISM Italia eliminates the plastic insert

Another new exhibitor, GISM Italia, will unveil a wooden cosmetic cap featuring threading machined directly into the material. This design eliminates the plastic insert traditionally required for this type of closure.
A cork washer can also be integrated to improve sealing performance. This innovation is also competing for a LUXE PACK in Green Award.

Créalis lightweights the champagne wirehood

Créalis will present LightFIT, its wirehood developed for Cédric Moussé’s lightweight Light 26 champagne bottle. Featuring a smaller top capsule and a slightly taller wirehood, the new format required the development of specific tooling and equipment.
The solution is expected to be adopted by around 30 champagne houses in 2026, with several customization options and nine wire colors available.
