KRILLMAT est une PME innovante italienne basée à Paderno Dugnano (MI), dans l'hinterland milanais, en Italie, spécialisée dans la transformation des sous-produits de l'industrie alimentaire en matériaux durables à haute valeur ajoutée pour des applications industrielles. Au cœur de l'entreprise se trouve REKRILL®, un biopolymère propriétaire obtenu par la valorisation de déchets de la filière agroalimentaire (pelures, coquilles, graines, etc.), offrant une alternative durable aux plastiques traditionnels, en ligne avec les principes de l'économie circulaire. KRILLMAT gère un site de production de 3 500 m², avec une capacité pouvant atteindre 4 000 tonnes de REKRILL® par an, et s'engage aujourd'hui à consolider sa présence sur les marchés italien et européen, en mettant l'innovation des matériaux biosourcés au service de différents secteurs industriels.
