EUROVETROCAP unveils Celine, a new 50 ml refillable jar

EUROVETROCAP unveils Celine, a new 50 ml refillable jar
At LUXE PACK Monaco 2026, EUROVETROCAP will showcase Celine, a 50 ml refillable glass jar designed to combine design, functionality, and reusability.

At the heart of the project is an exclusive refill system, for which a patent application was filed in November 2024. Developed by EUROVETROCAP, the system has been designed to make container reuse as simple as possible, from removing the used refill to inserting a new one. It requires no industrial equipment, making it an accessible solution, particularly for small brands and niche projects.

Celine also stands out for its clean, elegant design, featuring a circular shape, smooth lines, and a flush-fitting lid that ensures visual continuity. Inside the glass jar, a removable polypropylene (PP) insert is fitted with a bayonet-lock lid to help preserve the product.
The system incorporates an internal thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) ring that acts as the interface between the glass and the plastic. This component enhances the overall stability of the jar, ensures precise positioning of the refill, and facilitates handling during the refill replacement process.

EUROVETROCAP has also designed Celine to offer extensive customization possibilities. The glass can be decorated on its inner surface without any risk of product contamination, enabling brands to create packaging with strong visual impact.

With Celine, EUROVETROCAP offers a solution that promotes the reuse of glass containers while reducing the amount of material discarded after use. The use of single-material components for the inner insert also facilitates sorting and recycling at the end of the product's life cycle.
