Amélia Garosssi

Biography: Born in Grasse, the cradle of perfumery, Amelia comes from a family deeply rooted in the fragrance industry. Her father was a perfumer, and her grandparents and great-grandparents before him worked in production. This family heritage nurtured her love for the industry and shaped her journey. Amelia holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, USA. Thanks to her father’s expatriate career she grew up living in various countries including Spain, England, Brazil, and the United States. These multicultural experiences allowed her to become fluent in four languages and develop an open-mindedness that has been instrumental in her professional development. Since 2008, Amelia has been part of the PCW team. She began as an assistant and, over the years gained extensive knowledge and expertise, enabling her to rise to her current position as Director of the Project Development Team. With 17 years of experience, she is dedicated to delivering excellence and driving innovation every day. “The jasmine fields of Grasse hold a special place in my heart. They remind me of my grandmother’s stories about rising at dawn as a young girl to harvest flowers for perfume making. These memories connect me to my roots and inspire my passion for preserving this rich legacy.”
