- Letícia Stables is a coalition-builder and positive impact advocate with over 10 years of global experience across the beauty industry, non-profit sector, and public policy. She has held leadership roles spanning advocacy, education, and business transformation, with a strong focus on social impact and human rights. As Global Coordinator of the B Corp Beauty Coalition, she works with an international alliance of B Corp-certified beauty brands to drive collective action, shape sustainable practices, and position beauty as a force for good. She is also the Founder and Chair of The Justice Movement, a non-profit advancing human rights in Brazil since 2016. Her career includes service on Brazil’s National Anti-Modern Slavery Committee and São Paulo’s State Commission on Anti-Forced Labour, as well as leadership of global initiatives such as the UN GIFTBOX campaign against modern slavery. Letícia’s expertise bridges the corporate spheres of the beauty sector with international non-profit leadership. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective and a deep commitment to using business as a platform for transformation.
