Marie-Pia Schlumberger, a graduate of HEC Paris, joined L’Oréal in 2004 and has held key leadership positions across several major brands (Armani Beauty, Viktor&Rolf), spanning both international marketing and commercial roles. Since 2017, as Chief Sustainability Officer for L’Oréal Luxe, Marie-Pia has been leading the sustainable transformation of the Group’s 25 luxury brands under the “L’Oréal for the Future” programme. Her vision for L’Oréal Luxe is to set the industry benchmark in luxury beauty by combining sustainability and desirability through innovation.
