- Coming from the cosmetics and dermo-cosmetics sector, I began my career at Boots before joining Yves Rocher, where I have been working for over ten years. My professional journey has taken me from development and operational marketing to corporate social responsibility (CSR), with the ambition to help transform the cosmetics industry by reducing its environmental and social impact and guiding consumers toward more responsible, moderate, and mindful consumption practices. Within Yves Rocher’s Impact & CSR team, my scope includes managing consumer-facing commitments, developing environmental and social scoring tools, responsible communication, as well as promoting and rolling out innovative and sustainable products and services such as refills, solid formats, and deposit-return systems.
