- Stéphane Lefondeur is a packaging expert with over 25 years of experience spanning packaging development and procurement across a wide range of FMCG industries. A graduate of ESI-Reims (class of 1998), he has been working in the spirits industry and within the Pernod Ricard Group for the past 14 years. He currently serves as Packaging Development Manager for Martell, following various roles in procurement and packaging development across the Cognac and Champagne businesses. Prior to joining Pernod Ricard, Stéphane held packaging-related positions in several FMCG sectors, including confectionery at CEMOI, personal care and consumer products at BIC, and food at Brossard. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Sanofi.
