The privatized TGV returns for the 3rd consecutive year – with a stop in Lyon

For 36 years, LUXE PACK Monaco has been the must-attend international event for brands seeking differentiation — whether in terms of quality, design, packaging innovation, or environmental responsibility.

Always committed to enhancing the experience of its exhibitors and visitors, and building on the success of 2023 and 2024, the organizer is renewing for the 3rd consecutive year the privatization of a TGV between Paris and Monaco — with a new feature in 2025: a stop in Lyon to improve access for a larger number of attendees.

A Committed Ambassador for 2025

A loyal visitor and member of the LUXE PACK in Green jury, Arnaud Lancelot, a pioneer of the circular economy in the cosmetics sector and Consulting Director at We Don't Need Roads, will be the 2025 ambassador for the Luxe Pack TGV — and leaves no room for doubt:
“Paris-Monaco by plane or by TGV? There’s no contest: I’ll be taking the Luxe Pack TGV for the third year in a row, and it’s without a doubt the best option! My initial motivation was environmental (39 times less carbon footprint!!), but in fact, the comfort is also far superior: quality time to work calmly and start LUXE PACK Monaco by talking with fellow traveler-attendees. No chaotic security checks, no removing belts or shoes, no toiletry bag restrictions, no checked luggage, no turbulence!”

An Eco-Friendly, Comfortable, and 100% LUXE PACK TGV

As part of this eco-conscious initiative, a direct and privatized TGV will connect Paris to Monaco on the morning of Monday, September 29, 2025, with a stop in Lyon. For a contribution of €90 (from Paris), this approximately 6.5-hour journey will include:
  • Breakfast and lunch,
  • Onboard activities: workshops, local product tastings, massages, etc.,
Exclusive access for brands and exhibitors from the LUXE PACK community,
    to start networking from departure.

And more experiences to be announced.

An Optimized Experience Starting from Gare de Lyon (and Now Lyon Saint Exupéry)

Passengers will board at 6:56 a.m. at Gare de Lyon (Paris), and at 8:47 a.m. at Lyon Saint Exupéry. Upon arrival at Monaco station, dedicated shuttles will take them to the Grimaldi Forum in just a few minutes.

An Ongoing Ecological Transition

“The LUXE PACK TGV is part of a broader sustainability approach. The Grimaldi Forum, host of the show, is recognized for its commitment to eco-design and waste reduction.
Certified ISO 14001 since 2008, it was one of the first convention and cultural centers in Europe to obtain this valuable environmental certification. In 2023, it added ISO 20121 certification, a benchmark in the events industry. Additionally, a detailed Carbon Footprint Assessment of the show was carried out to guide future actions.
We also work with stand-building partners to offer high-quality, economically accessible booths with reduced impact. The commitment of exhibitors and visitors is essential to making Luxe Pack Monaco a model of responsible and sustainable trade shows,” explains Fabienne GERMOND, the Show Director.
