Here you can easily import your contact list and send personalized invitations to your guests to register as visitors and receive their lounge access badge.

Please set up your invitation email, to start inviting your contacts
To Import Contacts
After setting up your email and customizing its content, click on the Import Guests button to open the window where you can select your Excel file or download the template.
Once your file is submitted, the import process can result in three different outcomes:
- Successful import without errors: All guests have been imported correctly.
- Successful import with validation errors: The file was successfully processed, and some guests were likely created, but some rows in the file contain one or more errors.
- Import failure: This can occur if the file does not have the expected extension (xlsx, xls, csv), or if the column headers are incorrect. Please note that only the email column is required, and any columns not among the four specified above will be ignored.
You also have the option to manually add a guest by clicking the Add a Guest button.
Understanding Your Guest List
Your guest list contains several columns:
- The identity of your guest (if provided)
- Their email address
- Their status (see below)
- Available actions (such as deleting the invitation)
Guest Statuses
Imported: Your guest has been added to your list.
- Email Sent: The invitation email has been sent.
- Email Opened: The invitation email has been opened.
- Email Clicked: A link in the invitation email has been clicked.
- Undeliverable: The invitation email could not be delivered. Please verify the email address; it is likely incorrect or no longer valid.
- Registered: Your guest has registered, or is awaiting moderation by the organizer, depending on the event format.
- Incomplete: Your guest started the registration process but did not complete it.
- Declined: Your guest declined the invitation.
Actions
You can delete imported guests using the trash icon next to each row. However, this is only possible if the guest has not yet received any communication or started the registration process.
