Luxe Pack Monaco: The International Event for Differentiation
For 36 years, Luxe Pack Monaco has been the international meeting place for brands seeking differentiation, whether through design, environmental responsibility, or packaging innovation. Always striving to enhance customer service and building on its 2023 success, the organizers have decided to once again privatize a high-speed train (TGV) to reduce attendees’ carbon footprint while optimizing their trade show experience.*
The Agenda
As part of this eco-friendly initiative, a direct, privatized TGV will connect Paris to Monaco on Monday, September 30, departing in the morning. For a fee of €90 per person, this 6.5-hour journey will include an eco-friendly breakfast and lunch, along with various onboard activities such as workshops (e.g., Climate Fresk), local product tastings, and relaxation sessions, including massages. This journey is exclusively reserved for brands and exhibitors from the LUXE PACK community, offering a unique networking opportunity from the moment of departure at Gare de Lyon, effectively extending the trade show experience from the very start.
A Time for Work, Networking, or Both
The first Special Train, launched in 2023, was a great success. Among the 200 travelers, some worked in peace, others networked, and many took part in onboard activities. Impressively, 96% of attendees expressed their wish to repeat the experience in 2024!
This initiative aligns with the growing demand for more sustainable and efficient travel options.
A Complete Service & Extended Trade Show Hours
At a low cost and with a minimal carbon footprint, passengers will depart from Paris Gare de Lyon at 8:12 AM. The TGV will take them directly to Monaco, where shuttle buses will be waiting to transport them in just a few minutes to the Grimaldi Forum.
To ensure a seamless experience, attendees will receive their LUXE PACK badges and visitor guides during the journey, and a dedicated luggage service will be arranged in advance.
Additionally, to accommodate this initiative, the trade show hours will be extended until 7:00 PM on the first day.
Future Perspectives & Other Green Initiatives
LUXE PACK Monaco is committed to sustainability through several eco-conscious actions. Notably, the Grimaldi Forum is a key partner thanks to its pioneering efforts in waste reduction and sustainable building design. Moreover, a detailed Carbon Footprint Report of the trade show has been conducted to improve resource management and reduce the environmental impact of future editions.
The organizers are also working closely with stand construction partners to offer exhibitors high-quality, cost-effective booths with a controlled environmental impact.
The green transition of the trade show relies on the collective effort of all exhibitors and visitors, reinforcing a shared commitment to more sustainable business practices.
