Texen owner PSB Industries acquires Quadpack
French group PSB Industries (Texen) is purchasing 100% of Spanish beauty packaging supplier Quadpack. The deal will propel the new group into the world’s top-5 cosmetics packaging players, with combined sales of €350m.
Consolidation is hitting the beauty packaging landscape once again, with the announcement that Quadpack and PSB Industries’s main subsidiary Texen will combine into a single group under the PSB Industries umbrella. PSB Industries will acquire 100% of Quadpack’s capital, of which 77.66% is held by the Spanish group’s founders.
