Regional ambitions: Verpack sets growth strategy in motion
With an outside investor on board since 2020, six production sites, of which five are in France, and a turnover of €63m, French luxury secondary packaging manufacturer Verpack is laying out its roadmap for further growth.

At French packaging supplier Verpack’s two sites in Burgundy—in Migennes for promotional luxury coffrets and Avallon for folding cases—the production for the end-of-year holidays was in full swing early July 2024. Founded in 1993, the company was originally specialized in glass decoration, since then it has turned its focus to secondary packs and now operates a total of six sites, five in France and one in Tunisia. Today, Verpack’s production is split between coffrets (around 60% of the activity) and folding cases (40%) with both automated and manual capacities. Inserts and trays are a growing part of its offer as well, allowing Verpack to secure new accounts, notes the management. Fragrance and cosmetics represent the bulk of Verpack’s business at around 70% of sales, while wine and spirits come in at between 8-10% and the remainder in fashion, fine foods and jewelry.
