Acquisitions at Alliance Étiquettes
Label-maker Alliance Étiquettes is reinforcing its development momentum with a string of acquisitions. The group has announced the purchase of Imprimerie Berjon, a printing specialist serving mainly wine estates in the Bordeaux and Champagne regions, as well as major perfumes, cosmetics, wines and spirits brands. Announced in September 2024, the transaction aims to consolidate Alliance Étiquettes’ position in the luxury goods sector.
