Anaïk: Alternatives to cotton
French designer and manufacturer of gifts, packaging and accessories Anaïk is highlighting alternatives to cotton-free denim. By using rPET synthetic fibers, the supplier is recreating technical and aesthetic properties similar to those of natural cotton fiber. These alternative denims are available in different versions: printed, solution-dyed or woven with dyed yarns. With Ecovero, a cellulose-based artificial fiber, the supplier claims reduced CO2 emissions and water use by up to 50% as compared to traditional methods.
