Carbios and Pinard Beauty Pack create recycled bottle for L’Occitane en Provence
The transparent rPET flacon for French beauty brand L’Occitane en Provence’s shower oil is the result of Carbios’ technology. We take a look into this enzymatic recycling process.
A transparent shower oil flacon made from biorecycled PET created quite the buzz at Edition Spéciale by LUXE PACK this year. The project, which brought together French beauty brand L’Occitane en Provence, enzymatic recycling specialist Carbios and plastic packaging producer Pinard Beauty Pack, won the Green Award at the show. L’Occitane and Carbios delved into the development in more detail during a conference session at the event, which took place in Paris on June 4-5th, 2024.
