Cork Supply: Legacy

Portugal-based manufacturer Cork Supply launched its Legacy stopper that is the result of three proprietary technologies: DS100+ (a technology that detects TCA, the molecule responsible for « cork taint »); DS100 (a method that controls organoleptic homogeneity) and the latest innovation, X100, an OTR or Oxygen Transmission Rate control technology that sorts natural corks according to their air permeability.
