An eco-designed bottle created by Aptar Beauty for Clarins' Double Serum
For the ninth generation of its Double Serum, Clarins collaborated with Aptar Beauty to thoroughly redesign the bottle of its iconic product. This new packaging, the result of more than three years of development, reflects Aptar’s technical expertise, capacity for innovation, and industrial strength as a global player in beauty dispensing systems.
The result: a double-chamber bottle with a patented design, giving the illusion of being suspended within a transparent body. This system contains two distinct phases – aqueous and lipidic – which blend together at the moment of application. The custom-made pump allows for progressive dosing, from a single drop to a pea-sized amount: turning the dial to the right activates progressive dosing, while turning it to the left locks the dispensing system.
