Luxe Pack: A Strengthened Strategy to Support Innovation and Unite the Premium Packaging Industry
For Nathalie Curvat, Deputy General Manager of the Luxury/Beauty Division, “our conviction remains unchanged: the strategy to adopt is the one we have pursued since the very beginning — and one we now need to reinforce. It is built on manufacturers with recognized expertise or strong innovation capabilities, on highlighting these breakthroughs, on content that can support ambitious projects, and above all on the commitment to actively foster a true community around premium packaging. New players have joined us, and former ones have returned. Luxe Pack has always positioned itself at the service of this industry, championing the added value of manufacturers who invest to innovate and push the limits of their technologies. This purpose, on its own, is our strategy.”
What conclusions do you draw from your 2024 Luxe Pack and MakeUp In shows — in terms of exhibitors and visitors — within the luxury and beauty sectors?
Nathalie Curvat: “It is clear that 2025 was a transitional year marked by significant uncertainty across our entire industry, both in packaging and in beauty. Despite this, our shows maintained strong participation and even broke records, particularly in the United States. However, discussions between manufacturers and brands were largely focused on strategic supply-chain issues, heavily affected by shifts in tariffs and the broader economic context.”
