Serge Lutens unveils “Du Fond des âges,” crafted by Waltersperger and Medicos
Serge Lutens (Shiseido) is launching a very limited-edition fragrance, presented in two slightly different bottles, with only twenty pieces produced. Made from mass-colored black glass, the flacons feature an engraved and enameled elephant head crafted by French artisans, highlighting a design with an almost totemic presence.
Shaped by the French glassmaker Waltersperger in Normandy, the Medicos bottle—one of the brand’s iconic models—adopts Lutens’ signature color: black. This shade, omnipresent in his artistic universe, appears both in his photographic work and in his olfactory and makeup creations.
