Alliance Étiquettes: Lenticular printing

Alliance Étiquettes: Lenticular printing
French printing specialist Alliance Étiquettes has unveiled its new lenticular printing technique, allowing the label to be animated according to the viewing angle, even on a rounded bottle. The supplier created a label for a bottle of absinthe Double Jeu, showcasing the technology. The supplier uses the flip effect to produce this technique: a pattern composed of very fine lines cut through an image to animate a flexible medium. The material can be an adhesive or non-adhesive. This printing process is carried out at the supplier’s Bernétic site in Brittany, thanks to its machine park specialized in flexography. Bi-material printing, combining tin and paper are also available, as is cold foil stamping in bright silver and bright gold.
