Aptar Beauty, Segede: the Baccarat Rouge 540 bottle
The House of Francis Kurkdjian wanted the fragrance to be wearable while adapting to the contemporary gesture of spraying and the possibility of refilling, so a screw-on pump by Aptar Beauty was integrated into the bottle.
This choice represented a real challenge for the Baccarat teams, who had never faced this type of constraint before. They had to adjust the dimensional tolerances of the materials and developed a double-ring system: one made of blown crystal and the other of brass, connected by a polypropylene seal ensuring both the link and airtightness. The piece is completed with a 24-carat gold-plated zamak cap designed by Segede.
