The injection molding process allows for the mixing of two materials or two colors from the same injection point, alternately or simultaneously, to achieve the swirling effect. It is also possible to encapsulate a core material, such as waste or recycled material, which will be protected by the outer layer. The Sulapac Luxe Flex material can be manufactured with recycled content which will further enhance the environmental credentials of the product.
