The Decorluxe Group (Ethica Global Investments) acquires 100% of ISSCO – moving towards leadership in the surface treatment market for packaging.

Milan, July 15, 2025 – Ethica Global Investments, an investment holding promoted by Ethica Group, announces a new entry into the Decorluxe Group, a leading platform in surface treatments for packaging aimed at the perfumery, cosmetics, and wine & spirits sectors. Pursuing the shared growth strategy, Decorluxe Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of ISSCO S.r.l., further strengthening its expansion project.

ISSCO, based in Sesto San Giovanni (MI), is now a reference point in the sector of glass decoration for cosmetics and perfumery, distinguished by the excellence of its quality standards. The company is recognized for its constant commitment to researching the best techniques and technologies, as well as for its rigorous quality control throughout the entire production process.
Nicola Trasatti, CEO of ISSCO, will remain at the helm of the company to ensure continuity in management and will make a significant contribution to the Group’s growth project. As a testimony to the strength and prospects of the project, as already happened in the past with the other entrepreneurs leading the other 7 companies in the Group, Nicola Trasatti has decided to reinvest in the parent company, reflecting full confidence in Decorluxe’s value-creation strategy.
The entry of ISSCO will first allow for an additional expansion of the Group's production capacity, with a particular focus on glass decoration in the world of perfumery. Thanks to the complementarity with the other companies already part of Decorluxe, important synergies can be created, especially in the processes of (i) screen printing, (ii) pad printing, (iii) hot stamping, and gluing. The combination of Decorluxe and ISSCO will create a Group with revenues exceeding €70 million already in 2025.
Nicola Trasatti stated: "My first thought goes to my father, Mario Trasatti, who in 1960 had an inspiration and dived headfirst into it, investing everything he had and, after passing on the passion to me, today, at my side, he signs this new project for the future. Along with all the colleagues who dedicate themselves every day to this adventure, I thank the Decorluxe group and Ethica Global Investments for strongly wanting us to join them, to complete the decoration activities that serve our important clients and allow us to belong to this wonderful world. It's time for new challenges, let's go!"
