SERAM : PULS’ SERAM

PULS’ SERAM has newly integrated UV and IR femtosecond laser technology into its offering. With ultra-short pulse lasers, this technology provides permanent marking, engraving, and texturing solutions of exceptional finesse on multiple materials: glass, metal, wood, textiles, paper, ceramic, polymer, plastic… Flat or 360°, ensuring continuity between the different surfaces, our laser solution is capable of engraving infinitely small yet also aesthetic designs, monochrome or shaded (from white to gray). Our PULS’ offer, dedicated to the spirits market, has been designed to deliver exceptional pieces by guaranteeing a monomaterial decoration without additional chemical components, combining aesthetics and durability of the decoration over time.
DESIGN
The design is engraved on the extreme surface without weakening the glass. Our solution eliminates any addition of material by marking directly on the glass. Paper labels, inks, glues, and plastic supports are replaced, thus reducing the overall impact.
REDUCTION MATERIALS
By replacing paper labels, inks, glues, and other additional materials with direct engraving on the glass, our laser solution eliminates the use of secondary materials.
PROCESS OF PRODUCTION
The glass engraving process replaces the steps of printing, gluing, and labeling, thus reducing the consumption of water, inks, solvents, and energy. Carried out in a single step, engraving optimizes production and generates zero waste. It is part of a low environmental impact manufacturing approach.
SUPPLY CHAIN
By eliminating added elements, our laser solution reduces the number of suppliers, components to be stored, and associated logistics flows. Since the decoration can be integrated online, the assembly steps are streamlined, which simplifies the production chain. This results in a reduction of intermediate transport, optimized inventory, and lower emissions related to packaging, handling, and delivery.
MARKET ADAPTABILITY
The product meets a growing market demand for sustainable and aesthetic packaging. Its manufacturing without added materials minimizes the environmental footprint throughout its life cycle. Easily recyclable as mono-material glass, it reduces waste linked to traditional packaging. It shows strong development potential in the luxury and sustainable cosmetics sectors.
END OF LIFE
Our solution simplifies recycling by eliminating paper labels, inks, glues, and other added materials that complicate sorting at the end of life. Furthermore, glass benefits from well-established recycling streams, reducing the overall carbon footprint and promoting the circular economy.
