LUXE PACK Monaco presents LUXE HOME

In less than 5 months’ time, the 35th edition of LUXE PACK Monaco will open its doors on 02-03-04 October at the Grimaldi Forum: 72 hours to decipher packaging innovation and bring your development projects to fruition, whatever the level of maturity of your project. Each year, the most creative exhibitors from around the world gather in sunny Monaco to meet with brands from all premium sectors looking for packaging. A major innovation this year is the launch of the LUXE Home section: A space dedicated to the theme of HOME Fragrances & Accessories.

This 2023 edition will therefore be marked by a wide range of exhibitors with the launch of a dedicated area where visitors will find candles, home fragrances, incense holders, diffusers and sprays, candles & candlesticks, snuffers, wick cutters, premium matches and cases, etc.

 “The quest for well-being and positive emotions, which exploded during the pandemic, has led to an increased demand for these ambience products,” explains Fabienne Germond, Exhibition Director. There is a real boom in home fragrances. In addition to the undeniable success of brands such as Diptyque, Rituals and Baobab, for which this is their core business, we were surprised to discover that a large number of brands from all sectors are considering or launching themselves in this diversification segment. These include the biggest beauty houses, of course, but also brands from the spirits, delicatessen or even automobile sectors are thinking about their olfactory identity in order to offer a diverse range of products. Thanks to numerous exchanges with the brands loyal to the show and our steering committee, we are continuing our role of supporting the sector by responding to the needs of brands in a specific packaging segment, and we are trying to select the best suppliers in this area.”

The global candles market alone was estimated to be worth USD 6.8 billion in 2021 and is expected to reach USD 9.9 billion by 2028, growing at an expected annual rate of 6.3% until 2026 (source: Businesscoot, 2022)

The trend is therefore strong in this segment, which makes the senses come to life! First of all, the sense of smell, with these fragrances that blend together, but also the pleasure of the eyes, with packaging and products that are increasingly designer.
