Biography: With over 25 years of global experience leading end-to-end supply chains across consumer goods, beauty, and beverage alcohol industries, Scott is a transformational executive known for building high-performing teams and leading them to innovative solutions for complex, cross-functional challenges. As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Sol de Janeiro, he oversees the Global Supply Chain, R&D, Product Development, Packaging, & ESG; driving the modernization of operations to support rapid growth while staying true to the brand’s entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to Sol de Janeiro, he led large-scale transformations at industry leaders such as L’Oréal and Bacardi, resulting in world-class manufacturing performance, improved service levels, enhanced gross margins, and increased team engagement. He has deep experience across planning, sourcing, logistics, innovation, and manufacturing, with a particular focus on fostering deep customer collaboration and translating business strategy into agile, end-to-end supply chain capabilities. He is widely recognized for his innovative thinking, out-of-the-box problem solving, and ability to unlock value through teams.
