Biography: Amal is Managing Director, leading Accenture’s Global Luxury Practice and managing the relationship for one of the world’s leading luxury conglomerate. Her career at Accenture began in 2009 where she has served a large panel of clients in the insurance and retail industries. She has developed a recognized expertise in management consulting, supporting clients drive growth and create value, at the intersection of business and technology. The luxury sector continues to be an exceptional field of disruption where creativity and responsibility are instrumental in driving change - true components of Accenture’s DNA. Passionate about learning, developing people and infusing innovation in everything she does, she has devoted her career to helping international clients navigate and drive their transformation, ensuring they become disruptors rather than the disrupted ones, in the face of current and future digital revolutions. She deeply believes in the power of expertise and her vocation is to anticipate and analyze technological innovations in the luxury industry to translate them into uses and economic results for her clients, with sustainability at its heart. A challenge and a daily motivation. Amal lives in the center of Paris, with her husband and her children. Outside of work, you can find her travelling all around the world and visiting new places. She's also a wine lover and a shoes addict!
