The special train initiative:
In our desire to actively support our customers in their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we have decided to innovate by offering all visitors a ride on a privatized train direct from Paris to Monaco. This special train will be available on the morning of Monday October 2, offering a practical, economical and environmentally-friendly means of transport.
An all-in-one travel experience:
We’re offering a one-way ticket to all show participants for just €60 incl. VAT. You’ll enjoy a direct journey of around 6h, accompanied by an eco-friendly breakfast and a tasty lunch. On board, you’ll enjoy entertainment such as massages, tastings of local products and exclusive presentations. You’ll be surrounded only by luxury packaging professionals, promoting networking opportunities right from the start. Shuttles will also be available to transport them in just a few minutes directly to the Grimaldi Forum on arrival.

THE LUXE PACK EXPERIENCE BEGINS AS SOON AS THE TRAIN DEPARTS (REGISTRATIONS FOR THE SESSIONS ARE CLOSED)
On board, time will fly! A breakfast, a hot drink, and lunch will be served at your seat. Whether you wish to work calmly, interact with peers, relax, listen to ecological transition experts, or taste some specialties from the South of France, you’ll be able to move freely on the creative packaging train!
It’s up to you to organize your journey from the following activities:
- “Fresque de Climat” Workshop Utilize your travel time to discover the reference tool for understanding the climate emergency challenge.
- “Experts” Workshops Program: Join the top specialists of ecological transition in packaging on board a car dedicated to the exchange of best practices and sharing of experiences.
- 9h – 9h30: Household packaging recycling, news, and perspectives. By Margaux Valentin and Clémence Caron, CITEO. These two specialists in eco-design and cosmetics will be available to answer all your questions about recycling issues.
- 10:00 – 10:30 : Embrace Reuse, It’s essential! Presented by (RE)SET Experts. Bulk, industrial reutilization, refilling… Packaging can no longer do without them: legal requirements, and even more! There is undoubtedly a reuse solution for you and your clients. Join us in building the models of tomorrow during this interactive session with reuse and consortium management experts.
- 11h – 11h30: How to onboard all teams to speak the same eco-design language? By Sylvie Bénard, The Lady with The Unicorn. This expert in environmental issues and ecological transition has nearly 30 years of experience at LVMH, particularly as the Director of Environment. Come share your challenges during this interactive session for tailor-made support!
- Relaxation Activities: Head or hand massages, take 15 minutes to escape before facing the frenzy of the world’s premier creative packaging exhibition.
- Local Product Culinary Activities: Anticipate your arrival on the French Riviera by playfully (re)discovering local specialties with your peers!
- 100% Monegasque specialty tasting (in partnership with the Government Principality’s Direction of Tourism and Congress)
- Blind tasting of flower syrups from the Grasse region
- Olive oil bar: presentation and tasting with comments on manufacturing, Provençal anecdotes, and culinary tips
- Honey and bee-friendly plant workshop: presentation and tasting of 5 honeys
